Ticket Authenticity:
The above-mentioned ways to purchase tickets are the only authorized methods for shows presented at the La Crosse Center. Tickets purchased from other sources are purchased at your own risk. We urge patrons to purchase tickets from our official ticket providers only. By purchasing only from the official means, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and is being sold to you at face value.
When you buy from a source other than TicketMaster: We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine.
You will almost always pay more than face value.
We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes, upcoming shows, or other useful information.
You are supporting businesses that make it harder for true fans to see their favorite performers without paying a premium charge.
The La Crosse Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is a La Crosse Center licensed contractor, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.
Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the La Crosse Center Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster’s online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets because the tickets sold through TicketExchange are linked to Ticketmaster’s barcoded ticketing systems. Click here for more information on TicketExchange.
Only Ticketmaster can guarantee that the tickets you purchase are 100% verified and issued in your name so they cannot be counterfeited. Be aware that tickets purchased through other channels are not verified.
