The La Crosse Center offers a diverse range of venue options, from expansive halls suitable for exhibitions and conferences to versatile spaces for meetings and social events. Whether you need a spacious and flexible setting or an intimate and elegant atmosphere with scenic views, the center has options to accommodate a wide variety of events and gatherings.

SOUTH HALL BALLROOM


Second Level, South Hall,  6,000 sq. ft

Wedding receptions, meetings, and banquets have been held in the Ballroom. With its overview of the Mississippi River and Riverside Park, the Ballroom makes for a romantic setting during a wedding reception or for a relaxing atmosphere during meetings or conventions. The 6,000 sq. ft. Ballroom sub-divides into 3 smaller rooms.

Our Boardrooms (A-C) are the perfect rooms for any size meeting. The La Crosse Center offers up to 5 boardrooms (Boardroom B can be divided into 3 rooms) overlooking South Hall A with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River.

SOUTH HALL

First Level

The South Hall forms two levels of impressive meeting space. The Upper Level consists of the Ballroom, 3 Boardrooms, and a Conference Room. The Lower Level is made up of South Hall A and South Hall B.

South Hall A

  • 24,000 sq. ft. of exhibit and meeting space

  • 30 ft. ceilings

South Hall B

  • 12,000 sq. ft.

  • 24 ft. ceilings

  • Divides into 4 smaller break-out and meeting rooms

SOUTH BOARDROOMS

Second Level, South Hall 

Our Boardrooms (A-C) are the perfect rooms for any size meeting. The La Crosse Center offers up to 5 boardrooms (Boardroom B can be divided into 3 rooms) overlooking South Hall A with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River.

ARENA

First Level

The Arena is a magnificent room with its 45 ft. ceilings; 21,000 sq. ft. of open floor space; seating up to 8,000, and a full Valure Curtain Package (curtain package hangs from ceiling to floor) that can be used for any show.

The Arena has been the home to basketball and indoor football teams. Along with sports teams, the Arena has been used for numerous concerts, craft shows, ice shows, sports shows, conferences, and conventions.

Features include:

  • 45 ft. ceilings

  • Valure Curtain Package (floor to ceiling)

  • Seating up to 8,000

  • 3 Dressing Rooms (A-C), A & B have tiled floor

  • Dressing Rooms equipped with showers, restrooms, and dressing tables

  • 2 Locker Rooms (A-B), equipped with lockers, Restrooms, and 2 showers

  • Opens to North Hall for nearly 40,000 sq. ft. of space

RIVERSIDE BALLROOM

Fourth Level, Riverside, 11,000 sq. ft.

The La Crosse Center has upheld a deep-seated tradition as one of downtown La Crosse’s premier venues for unforgettable wedding celebrations and social events. The Riverside Ballroom is beautifully appointed with wood-paneled ceiling accents and a creamy color palette that is sure to complement your chosen color scheme or preferred décor.  The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 660 guests for a sit-down meal with ample room for a dance floor and staging for a bridal party head table. Your guest will relish in the panoramic view of the beautiful Mississippi River.

NORTH HALL

First Level, Riverside

Celebrate in our elegant 15,079-square-foot North Hall with a sophisticated casual ambiance. 

North Hall opened in 2021 as part of a $42 million dollar expansion that nearly doubled the space of the La Crosse Center. The North Hall forms three levels of impressive meeting space. North Hall can be divided up into smaller meeting space to suit your individual requirements perfect for business lunches and conference coffee breaks.

RIVERSIDE
MEETING ROOMS A-D

Fourth Level, Riverside, 4,458 sq. ft.

These meeting rooms are equipped with current technology and can adequately host a variety of events from breakouts and meetings to receptions and socials. With sound deafening air walls, the meeting spaces can either be divided into 4 separate rooms or combined into 2 larger rooms.

Fifth Level, Riverside, 3,090 Sq. Ft. 

These meeting rooms are equipped with current technology and can adequately host a variety of events from breakouts and meetings to receptions and socials.

This charming and intimate Terrace, overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River, is perfect for special events, gala receptions, and lavish banquets.
